MUSKEGON, MI - The city of Muskegon recently made a zoning change to address complaints from residents in the Beachwood-Bluffton neighborhood.
The change was needed to match the existing lot sizes to the correct residential zoning. When the zoning is improper, city officials said residents can encounter problems with banks and insurance companies when trying to sell and refinance their homes and with getting emergency insurance.
